Active Server Page

I'm on a cable contection for my companies internet contection. Now what I need to know is - is there a way to build an active server page that will allow anyone on the web to type there user Id in and view there info from our local server. In short if my ip is 604.35.28.4 for example and my data base is located at C:data/mycompany.mdb how would I even start to get this to work.
