I need some information, like links to

or other source in the net, to find basics information about Active Directory.
Now I’m an administrator of NT Domain ( it is sub domain in my office).
This domain is used for administration servers connected to Telephony System.
In July I must change my domain to the container in an Active Directory.
I will be an Admin of container
But I’m stupid. I wont help.
