Active Directory?

I am having a problem with all accounts being locked out. This occurs on average 2 - 3 times a day. When I look in the event log on the dc, there is nothing unusual other than several failed attempts from the outside to break into the network. This is really becoming a problem, if anyone out there has run into this, or can point me in the right direction in troubleshooting this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
