Active Directory: WMI Couldn't be accessed

Hi,
I ran the MSE BPATool and found my sever has the critical error says "WMI Couln't be accessed" I have verified the permission and add the user to have the permission and still have the same issue, I have follow the MSFT KB and still wasn't able to correct it:
any help would be greatly appreciated.
