Active Directory Users and Groups Console is missing
It may sound strange, but it just isn’t listed under my Administrative Tools.
I am the only person who uses the server and it just isn’t there.
How can I get it back? It is a Windows 2000 server and is my only domain controller.
My exchange and my user logins aren’t affected, it’s just that I can’t manage any accounts without it.
How do I fix this?

Have you tried reinstalling the adminpak.msi?
