Active Directory Users and Computers

We have a windows advance server2000 with about 40 client machines in our office. Our Server is configured as domain controller. We had made the users in the Server using active directory users and computers menu but now this menu is not traceable in the Server. Can someone suggest me what to do to bring this menu back so that some more users can be added?

click on "start", then "run", type in mmc.
Then in the mmc click on "Console" then "Add/Remove Snap-In".
click on "add"
select "Active Directory Users and Computers"
Click on "add", then "close" then save the console in Administrative Tools...
