Active Directory Replication ?!?!?

Hi all !!
Hope someone has an answer to this...I have a Windows 2000 Server computer as my PDC and the BDC is NT4/SP6a Server. I am not sure how to check if Active Directory is replicating to the BDC. Also, if it is not replicating, how do i go about replicating it?? Sorry if it sounds stupid, but you never know 'till you ask....
