Active Directory PREP

hi all,
I have a windows 2000 Servers Envoirment, after that I installed a new win 2003 Server and connect it to this envoirement and making it an additional domain controller. This is because i wanted to install (Live commnication Server) which must be on 2003 server.
After I extend the schema of win2000 Active direcory using (Adprep) tool, I started to install Live Comm. Server. HOwever, I got this error message: (( Microsoft office live communication server 2003 setup wizard has detected that some or all of the enterprise-level settings in Active Directory are missing. Please complete the PREP=ENTERPRISE and PREP=DOMAIN steps before proceeding with the server installation.))
The question now is how can I do the last sentence? how can i do prep=ENTERPRISE and PREP=DOMAIN?
or what shall I do? anyone can HELP?

adprep /forestprep and adprep /domainprep allow time for the changes to replicate. Adprep /forestpret must be run against the schema master and adprep /domainprep should be run against the infrastructure master.
