Within the Active Directory the permissions on a user account were set to Deny view of everything (security, etc) on accident.
Now on this account there is a web page account next the person's name. Every other account in the active directory has the picture of a head next to it.In the Type column, instead of saying User it says Unknown.
When I right click the properties on this account..the tabs say the following:
Object and General tab say this:
Active Directory object could not be displayed. There is no such object on the server.
Security tab:
Unable to display security information.
I'm trying to delete this account and cannot because I keep getting those messages. I would like to get rid of this account because this person is no longer employed with us and their name shows up in the Global Address Book within everyone's Outlook program.
Make sense? Can anyone offer any suggestions?
Rosie
