I am trying to migrate the users from my old NT4 server to the new Win2K server. The NT server is on domain L&M_INS and is the only server on that domain. The W2K server is LMI and is the only server on that domain. I have established trusts both ways between these servers, and the W2K server is set to Native mode.
The Administrator name and password on both machines is the same.
When I attempt to test the migreation, and set the source to L&M_INS, and the target to LMI, on the LMI server, I get an error saying I am not an administrator on the source domain (L&M_INS).

What am I overlooking? Can this be done, and how?

Thanks guys.
