Active Directory Integrated DNS replication with non-Win seconds?

Quick question.
If one wants to change a Windows DDNS server that is currently a primary DNS server to an "Active Directory Integrated Primary DNS server", will that affect it's ability to replicate zone data to a non-Windows secondary DNS server?
(since the data is no longer stored in text files)
