Active directory DNS

Network consists of:

Netware running primary DNS zone.
Windows 2000 server non-active directory, as a secondary DNS server.

I'm playing with 2000 advanced server with RIS, I want to setup DNS on the this server without effecting the current network.

The old domain and new active directory domain are seperate and need to stay that way.

Help.
