Active Directory - Deny Access Question

I have 10 computers within a domain which all process different things related to my company's day to day business. We are going to be getting a new programmer on board within the next couple of weeks and my boss has asked that we allow this person to access 1 computer but not the others. As it is when I login with this person to that one computer I can then map drives to the other computers within the domain and see files.

Is there any way to restrict access to the other servers in Active Directory? If so, how do I do it, or can you point me to a tutorial on how to do it?

remove everyone group from all shared computers and re-assign the permission.
