Active Directory Crashed

I am running win2k server. In one of the servers I have Active Directory. For some apparent reason I am not able to talk to none of the servers on my network. Everything is connected properly and yes I do see light on all nics. Does this happen to be a wins or global Catalog problem. How can I fix it? if it is?


Please help I'm a newbie at his!
