Activate up/down keys while Userform is on top

I am interested in having the up and down arrow keys available to navigate on an excel spreadsheet while a userform is open and on top. Thanks!!

Why?

Is your user using two different and co-operative types of input? If so, I would probaby re-think your interface strategy. Complex interfaces are confusing...

or

Is it that you are doing something pretty tricky behind the scenes. I would imagine data navigation of the sorts???? If so, check the "range" and "activecell" keywords. I would imagine you may need to re-think your development platform.

Also, the inbuilt form generator allows you to scroll through records automatically via the arrow keys.
