Activate IPO Monitor?

Hello,

I'm trying to use the IP office monitor application that connects to the IPO Monitor port(50794).
At the moment I'm not able to connect.

Do I have to activate the monitor port/service on the ip office switch in order for it to work?

If you are going through a firewall you will certainly need to have that port punched through.

However is supect either your IP address or password is incorrect, the password is "password"

It was the password that was wrong.
