activate cfw on a phone in opt11.

Dear All,

is there a way to activate a cfw on a phone in the pabx. I setup a phone (3904) that has in the moment only the purpose to forward all calls to another extension. I set "key 19 cfw 9946" on the phone. Normaly i patch a phone and press the button, but it would be nice to know if there is a way to activate it directly after setting it up.

Not any customer data changes that activates it as far as I know. I use to make a DISA number and from that makes a remote call forward. that works, but its necessary that the SCPW prompt is set with a password..

yes, just read up on remote call forward. i usually use a analog set for that but it's just what your looking for. if the forward dn is always the same, use an acd dn..

ignore all the other prompts, that example would forward all calls, without delay from 2345 to 1234. 2345 can not appear on a set.
