Action Manager

I've just setup a menu - TActionMainMenuBar - with an action manager - TActionManager
It works fine except the first time any item is selected from a menu there is a pause of about 2-3 seconds before the action executes.
Is this a bug? I can't find any way to stop it doing this.
I'm using D7 pro.

delphis toolbar components have a lot of problems.

i suggest using toolbar2000
