Act6! - user fields - maximum length

I think the max field size in ACT! 6.0 was 255 char. There is no-way to change this.
ACT! 7.0 and later allow 450 (I think) in a char field and also an unlimited memo field type
To change to user fields from the default up to the max, use Edit | Define Fields
