Can someone tell me how to increase the lines on my ACS Processor.... Please list the method....Thanks in advance.
I added a module 400EC and need to activate the lines.

from extension 10: feature 00, left Intercom Button twice, then #104. Enter the new number of lines.

Be aware: By changing the number of lines in this fashion it will add the new lines to the next available buttons on each telephone. If a user has a feature on that button, it will be replaced by the line.

Also note: you will need to reprogram line ringing for each telephone as #104 will set every extension to ring on incoming calls. This may be fine, but if some/all extensions need to be set to not ring, you will have to reprogram that. To change phone to Not ring on incoming calls- Feature 00, Left Intercom twice, Right Intercom once, then enter the extension you want to program. Push each button that is lite until it is a fast flutter and says -N in the display (for No ring).

Use #301. and just add the new lines to whichever exts you want the new lines on, won't change any existing programming

Hi IT222,
The proceedure mentioned by Telecomboy is for new installations only. Do not do this. Gene1 is correct, that is how you add lines to a system.
You can set up a couple extensions that are different and then use #399 to copy to other similar stations. You will have to reprogram autoline select on these extensions before your copy to other stations (to make your life easier).
