ACM 1.3 Expanded Enhanced AD

Per the system capcities table, one can expand the 1st Enhanced AD list. Doing so would enable one to enter 5 digits when dialing an Expanded Enhanced AD via FAC. The only thing is, no where in the sytem documentation does it say how or where to combine the first and second Enhanced AD list to enable 5 digit Expanded Enhanced AD dialing.

Does anyone have any idea how to join the two Enhanced AD list to allow 5 digit Expanded Enhanced AD dialing?
