Ron,
If you did not add an explicit deny all at the end, then you can add entries at the end of the list. However, if you want to change the order or place something other than at the end, you will have to recreate it. I simply copy and paste it to a Notepad, make the changes, add a 'no access-list' at the top and paste it back into the router. Todd Hethmon
