ACL question on GW switch

I have a network that is for lab purposes, and the GW is set to open without any real restrictions.

Network Layout - 12.x subnet ---- 12.1 GW ---- 8.x subnet

I need to configure a firewall on the GW for the following.
- PC (w/12.x IP) --- Firewall --- 8.x subnet.
- No ouside contact unless initiated from the PC
- Outbound port 80

With this in mind, I don't want to shut the rest of the network traffic/access out.

Any help on configuring ACL's scenarios would be great! Thnaks
