maxp 1
ncfw 9xxxyyyy
return thru all the other prompts, that acd is always in nights due to zero actual agents..
here's the burn...(sometimes) in the cdb under options cff or cfo.. call forwarding or call forward originating.. means does the ncos to the station (fdn) or the inbound trunk control the allowed ncos.. with a maxp 1 acd it has to be the inbound trunk, acd does not have an ncos... so if your inbound trunks have an ncos lower then the ncos needed to make the call, the maxp 1 will work internal, from a station that has an nocs high enough to make the call, but may not work from external if the ncos of the inbound trunk is to low...
so you may want to use a soft set, if your station is on tn 4 0 0 0 and is a 2616, then new 2616 4 0 0 16 cls fna cfxa, and scpw 1234 plus a cfw 8 key along with key 0 scr 2161.. after you build it (with a good ncos) then use rcfw and the scpw to hard forward it.. and that would require opt cff in the cdb (rdr)
this is a lot of text mostly i'm at home and bored, plus i have no way of knowing your comfort level with the gray box. if you follow this forum for long you'll be helping me. if you need any of the code for this let us know, one of us will post it
