Does anyone have a builltin on weather or not you can do an easy change on ACD phones running 4.5.

Back in the day they stated you can't, but with the newer software these days I always have.

never have never will.. but i know a few that do, but i've had to clear corruption from one to many chg on an acd set.. it takes me 3 minutes to to it right
