ACD supervisor outting

Well think I've done it. I was asked to make changes on a ACD set.
So I went and outed it and found out when I went to put it back with the changes that it would not accept it. I had printed out the set from TM and didn't check beyond key 2 and just started adding the changes.
Need to get this back in, any help would be greatly appreciated.

What exact errors are you getting? Can you post the TM log window, or can you try to build it via CLI and cut/paste your results?

It would come back with 2 error messages, don't remember what they were though. I've called the service tech for help but no response yet.
I have outed this before from the switch then rebuilt it in tm as a standard set with no problems.

Without a cut/paste of the session and error messages, not much we can do to help.

If you try building the phone manually, and cut/paste the results including the SCH codes, we may be able to assist.

You don't have to type "KEY" once you're at the KEY prompt.

You typed "key" after the KEY prompt. That's what it's complaining about in this case, at least.

Yep Nortel4Matt has it!

When you are building it just enter the key number and programming at the key prompt.

it says

you type
0 acd 3543 0 7975 then enter

it returns with

KEY

you enter 1 scr 5555 and repeat as necessary with the higher number keys.

Yes, your only limitation on an ACD set is that key 0 is the ACD key. The rest can go anywhere up to key 11 on an M3904. Then, the TRANS/CONF/MWK/CFW, etc, are all designated on 3900 sets like you have them in the higher keys, but basically keys 1-11 are free game.

you can move her line and OBV to Key 7 but then she will have to hit the shift key to access her OBV key which should be no big deal
