ACD Statistic Reports

We're having some trouble with the printer our ACD Statistic reports are currently going to. I'd like to capture this information using a terminal program. We currently don't have any capable terminal software that I can find. Any suggestions as to the program to use? Also, does anyone have a script that might swap out the logged file of statistics every night, say at midnight? Thanks.

if you set up any pc with procomm, a script that to control a simple capture off capture on is simple. i have mine acd set to capture on at the acdn i am looking for, leaving off the 100 maxp 1 acd's and the depts that don;t request reports and then saving the cap to a shared drive. by doing it like that, the reports are on the far side of the campus, each hour, without my help..
