ACD Reporting txt to database

I've been gathering ACD reports for years as TXT files and I'd love to be able to get that info into a database of some sort. What are other using to do this?

Well, with Visual Basic you could parse the text files and import the data into a database. Which type of ACD are you using? The old MAX or CCM?
