ACD question--Superviser's phone

One of our ACD Supervisor's reported that her phone will not show two agent's statuses, but they are logged in to the queue answering calls. Is there a limit to how many agents you can see status for? Is there something I need to change in programming? Thanks!!!
 
no if the agent is logged into the que, the super should be able to status their phone, i would look at the tn's for those two sets
