I was wondering if anyone could tell me where in programming you set up on-hold greetings for an ACD queue? We have three agents in one group, if one is logged in and on the ohone, the next caller will hear continuous ringing utnil answered. It is not a thrid party ACD or anything, just what is built in on the Option 11/Meridian Mail. Can anyone assist?
