I have searched the database before submitting this question.
I need to setup a DN that would automatically dial out to an international number in Manila.
I setup the following acd but it goes to our receptionist. If I change it to go to a local number, it works. We have NCOS levels here. Is there a field I need to add so that it will dial an international call. Here is the configuration.

Are you sure your switch allows international calling? If so, try putting the trunk group access code in place of the "9".

are you trying to dial the acd dn from internal?

Following what JP says; If it is internal, I think the NCOS of the originating station could block it; if it's external, the NCOS of the inbound trunk could block it. Also, TGAR/TARG on the extension or inbound trunk vs the outbound trunk could be a problem. You could also look at your INT block and see what intercepts go to the attendant, usually it is only external calls that intercept there, that would help you rule down which reason the call is being rejected; I can help you interpret each of those if you like. You could also dial SPRE+991201+ACDN and you will get a network call trace on the maintenance terminal; the phone you are dialing from must be CLS=CLTA, this will allow you to see how far the call got before getting reorder, and give you info on the originating NCOS, what RLI the call took, etc.

Following what ArchTelecom says; have you looked at your ESN loads to make sure int'l dialing is set up properly? Check SPN 011 in LD90, then the proper RLB in LD86; etc.

Post back more details as you get 'em and we'll be glad to help out! -Matt

question: is there any advantages to use acd prior to programm a phantom number with DCFW.

Nortel recommends you use phantoms for say call pilot but the only advantage would be to keep your TN count down in other cases. But I would try using a phantom that is if your routes are setup correctly.
