Hi

Will this work on a smartphone as well as a PC?

Not quite as an ACD agent as there is no ignite access on the mobile to control presence.

Pretty sure it should work fine as a softphone on the mobile though if you just want to make and receive calls.

the softphone works on smart device , its definitely not supported by mitel

- ACD softphone is only supported with Thick Client on PC
