Does anyone have one of those magic systems on their call center implementation that pops up information about the caller and/or opens a ticket from their work order system with the caller's information already populated? How does that work? What ticket systems can it work with?
 
It's a multi-platform integration that will involve having Computer Telephone Integration activated on the CM (ASAI), a Telephony server, such as Genasys, and an application such as Clarify to do the ticketing.
