Hi All

Is there a way that when an agent logs in (EAD) that their DDI number does not recieve calls or gets busy or can go to a vmail. TIA I can use call forward and the agent does get the calls apart from when u dial the agent directly.
 
Their coverage path can be changed so the call can cover to voicemail if the user is on the phone
