ACD Agent Log in/out ncfw problem

Hello Again, We have an ACD group setup with a few Agents, and we would like to have them log on and off and enter the agent ID. Here is a sample config.

Right now she is the only person logged in, and when she hits make busy the calls do not ncfw to the number we have programmed. What am I missing?

Just for fun create a phantom DN like 6789 and send your NCFW calls to that DN.

On DN 6789 set the FTR to DCFW to 918778554401

See if that works.

Can you call forward a phone that is a DID# to that same
number by calling that DID# from an out side line?
CFXA must be in the CLS of the phone and the cfw Key
set to 12. If the call does not go thru, you may have
trunk to trunk restriction going on.
