Hi guys,
I have an ACD System running on my Telephone System. I also have a MYSQL database running on a linux server that is used to record call details. On a monthly basis, I run reports on the ACD database and the MYSQL database to compare the total of calls between the two system. Often time, my agents forget to record calls on the MYSQL DB and at the end of the month the total numbers of calls between ACD and MYSQL are far from each other (e.g. ACD records 1500 calls and MYSQL records 970 calls). Obviously, my agents are not recording all of the calls into MYSQL DB. I understand that we get lots of calls and they forget.
So, Question #1: Is there a way to connect my ACD to an external database so every time we get a call it will also get recorded on MYSQL DB?
