Cannot login agent/supervisor 6001 (default agent setup by system. I am getting an error message 'Login Failed because a license request for Email license was denied'
So log into Contact Center Management with the Admin creds.
View Agents. Find the agent having the error.
Right click the Agent and View Details.
Then under Contact Types, uncheck Email, and anything else you're not licensed for.
Ive already tried that uncheck all except on "voice" but I am havig an error upon submitting, i just forgot whats exacty the error, its about assignment etc.
