ACCS 7.1: A user with login ID XXXXX already exists

Hi ,,,


When trying to add new agent in ACCS they get an error stating "user already exists"
Could someone help me how to use this Agent Configuration Validation Tool (ACVT) in ACCS ?
As per Avaya, The ID is stuck in the database and can no longer be used until it is completely deleted from the Database, ACVT use for checking database structure if there are stuck or stray agents in database.
Hope to hear your expert opinions.
