Accounts cannot connect to the internet

Hi.
Yep, still running W2k pro on a stand alone machine and have just opened up a new Power User account for a visting friend.
The problem is that this new account cannot connect to the internet(Just comes up "page not available) and on checking, neither can the original admin account(It used to be able to, but not used it for ages). My personal account has full admin and is ok.
Im am using a Realtek wireless card (Which shows full strength signal) to a BT router. I've tried with both the firewall and Av turned off, but no good.
Anyone help before I lose the rest of my hair?

What are the settings for the wireless card? Do they match the settings from the working account?

Thanks for the reply.
Settings for the wireless card are identical. Been doing some more checking, logging off on on again is a right pain, but got to be done. Found that I cannot access router with new Power account or old admin account either, weirder and weirder! I must stupidly be missing something really obvious, but midnight here!

Solved!!!
For some reason, I have to input the router network key for each user into the wireless card, when logged on as that user. Stupid me, I installed this wireless card awhile back, replacing a hard wire connection to the router.
A fresh mind today and your suggestion of the card settings helped.
