I know this might be a stupid question, but i have an account lockout policy that locks out the account after 3 tries for 30 minutes but i can't figure out how to enable it back if they get locked out.

Find the account in the Users folder, double click on it and clear it from there.

Local or domain account?

Local - Clear the check box on the General tab of the user properties dialog that reads Account is locked out.

Domain - Clear the check box on the Account tab of the user properties dialog that reads Account is locked out. Kevin Mattson
