New to this forum but looks very informative.
Having problems with user accounts being diabled.
Users work throughout the day and for some reason the accounts become disabled. Can not pin point one particular operation that the users might have in common (i.e. All users hitting one program that is locking there account, etc.).
Not sure where I should look for possible help on what might be causing the accounts to disable.
Win2K server, ISA 2000 (for Internet connectivity), Exchange 5.5 (inside E-mail, ISA funnels SMTP e-mail to users accounts on Exchange).
Do not see anything out of the norm in the Event logs.
Any thoughts about where I should look for errors first would be helpfull.
