Hello all,

After reading through a lot of posts on this forum, I would just like for someone to verify I'm clear on account codes:

The Nortel does not support forced or verified account codes....So essentially I can enter an unlimited number of account codes behind my dialed out numbers and my call accounting software will log it?

If a call comes in, can I also enter an account code during the call to allow the call accounting software to log it?

Your Forced acount codes are called COS which will override the set filters and allow you to call LD, and then there is the account codes that the user will input after dialing out used to back bill a client

Sounds like questions for your 3rd party accounting software.
The Norstar can allow any digits dialed.
