In microsoft Excel there is a function Text to Columns, can someone advise me on what the function is in Access to do the same thing??

I don't have answer of your question. But I'd like to ask a question related to function, TEXT.TO.COLUMNS(). Do you have a sample of its syntax? Thanks.

Hi, NonTechTali - the syntax is:

text.to.columns(destination_ref,data_type,textdelim,consecutive_delim,tab,semicolon,comma,sapce,other,other_char,field_info)
