Accessing Word

I have a menu option. What i would like it to do is, open up microsoft word and load a set template and then save the document with a set name.

I would like the user to be able to enter text within the word document and the save changes. However I do not want them to be able to save it to a different name.

It is likley that I will have several menus each opening a different template.

Any ideas
