Accessing Sam file on NT 4 server

Is it possible to assess the sam file on a NT server to get the usernames and a group that they are members of using asp.

You can use ADSI

note: You have to have permission to use it. So, you either have to set your site to
1) use NT Authentication or Basic authentication
2) Give IUSR_machinename permission to access the domain controller (or local machine if the webserver isn't a domain member)
