Accessing memory on Windows 2000

I am dynamically creating web pages on my server. I want to know how much space is being utilizing per page when people access my server. I am using windows 2000.

To add to this. I am using XML and XSLT to create the webpages. I would like to figure out how much space is being utilized when each page is being accessed
