My wife's office has a Cisco 800 series router, which has been switched on but not in use ever since they replaced their ISDN with ADSL in February.
Their telco has advised them that in late January there was a dual-channel ISDN call made which lasted over fifteen days - and has cost over £1000. The telco says that this is not a fault at their end, but possibly a fault at the router which has not 'hung up' properly.
Does the 800 series have activity logs that may be of use to verify if the problem is at the router or the telco? If we can prove that the router hung up normally but the telco held on to the connection, they may not have to pay for this aberrant call.
If such logs exist, how would I access/download them from the router?
Thanks a lot - James
