Hi everyone...I am fairly new to Avaya and have a question regarding access to Audix. What program is used to access it? I have a modem number...can I use ASA?

that is a loaded question.
If it is an older MAP5 audix, yes, you can use a modem and ASA, if it is a newer Intuity Audix LX R1.0, R1.1 or R2.0, then you need to "RAS" into it first, then use a web browser.
in other words, it all depends on what excatly you have.

Mitch..thanks for the quick response. I tried using ASA and it does connect and prompt me for a login and pwd and a system pwd which I do not have. I guess I will wait to see if someone here has all the pwds and try again.
