Accessing 3300 via SX2000 CDE Forms?

I have a hunt group on 3300 MiVoice 7.0 SP1 (access code 6751) for some reason 3300 GUI will not remove the hunt group. I need the number 6751 for a 5550 console. I have tried Firefox and IE but it will not remove it....acts like it is deleting but hunt group stays. Does anyone know what the telnet or SSL is to login to 3300 via the old SX2000 CDE forms? I've had to do this one time before back when the 3300 came out but can't remember port or procedure. I was thinking it was port 2000 but I get connection refused. Any help appreciated

I highly doubt that the Telnet access would let you do anything of this nature as Mitel restricted it quite some time ago. Additionally, the reason they restricted it was that chages made via that method invariably led to DB corruption.

More than likely it is a browzer issue. Make sure your Java security is set up properly (Maybe downgrade java if you're running Ver 8

Got it fixed. Our company switched from Norton to Kaspersky over the weekend. The Kaspersky was blocking the popup in the 3300 GUI that says you have a error which was the hunt group was programmed in Trunk Attributes and must be removed before deleting.
