Hey,
I have an access97 database that is reporting an error from a path in a table that it is "not a directory" BUT, when I either copy this database to an NT server, or the local drive, I do not get this error. Is there anything in 2000 server that IS NOT in NT that may cause this error? I have granted FULL CONTROL to the user. Still get this error. I know I am not giving much info here, but just wanted to see if anyone had a clue as to why this may be happening.

I have found that if the person is the OWNER of the file, this problem does not occur.... BUT, I would need to change this on about 6GB of files!!
